HOA Requirements

Per the Haverstick community Rule and Regulations each homeowners shall:
1. Maintain in operation the coach lantern (yard light) on their lot from dusk to dawn.
2. Use a bulb or illumination device with a minimum output of 300 lumens.

Light Bulb Recommendation

Minimum illumination of 300 lumens.

Homeowner Discount

Every Haverstick homeowner will receive a 10% DISCOUNT on a complete lamp post/post light replacement through The Lampliter.
