Service Warranty

Our work (any materials and/or workmanship necessary for proper installation) is covered for (1) year from the date of complete. Product warranties and maintenance programs are detailed below. Any damage caused by customer, third party, or inclement weather is not covered. Product warranties and maintenance will vary by category, see below. Products Purchased From Third Party

The Lampliter is not responsible for any warranty claims for products not purchased through The Lampliter. Customers will be subject to acquire the new product by their own means and pay for the removal and replacement of the defective product (including the first year after). If the product is defective upon installation, the customer will only be charged when the replacement is installed.

Post and Wall Lights

• • Fixtures are subject to the offered manufacturer warranties. If replacement is needed within (1) year of installation, our service warranty covers the costs associated with replacing the defective product
  • Photocells are covered for (90) days from initial installation. Thereafter, the cost of replacement is $100.

Landscape Lighting

• • Fixtures are subject to the offered manufacturer warranties. If replacement is needed within (1) year of installation, our service warranty covers the costs associated with replacing the defective product

Interior Lighting and Ceiling Fans

• • Fixtures are subject to the offered manufacturer warranties. If replacement is needed within (1) year of installation, our service warranty covers the costs associated with replacing the defective product
