Exterior post mount and outdoor lighting is to be standardized within the Camden Walk neighborhood. As the original fixtures installed on your property require replacement, it is required that all homeowners replace their Yard Lights with the following models:

Phase 1:

Post Light: Maxim Westlake 1007BK

Lamp Post: Maxim 1095BK

Post Wrap: Maxim 1096BK

Phase 2 and 3:

Post Light: Maxim Westlake 1005BK or Kichler Madison 9956BK

Lamp Post: Maxim 1093/PHC11

Please note that black is the only approved color option for Camden Walk.
